Sissou07, November is quite empty month here, but nearly all cinemas show movies in English with Russian / Lettish subtitles. Old Riga is full of bars, also you may find about events like concerts at website bilesuserviss.lv (ticket service). Reach Dome plaza to spend your time well.

Actually, to see Latvia at full, the best you can do is to join some motorcyclists in their journeys to the most interesting places which you would miss as a tourist. Even professional guides don't know the most joyful things of Latvia.
